SECTION 2 - Booking and Stay Conditions :
2.1 Check-in and Check-out:
- House CheckIn Time: 12:00 pm
- House CheckOut Time: 11:00 am
2.2 Occupancy and Identification:
- Age Policy: Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 12 years and above are considered Adults for occupancy and billing purposes.
- Mandatory ID: An AADHAR card is compulsory for All Occupants. A copy of the AADHAR must be provided during CheckIn.
2.3 Prohibited Activities (While on Property):
- Smoking is Strictly Prohibited inside the Property.
- PETS are NOT Allowed on the property premises.
- You must not use our property or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any local laws.
2.4 Cancellation and Prepayment Policy: The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings unless otherwise stated for a specific rate plan:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 10 days or more before the scheduled CheckIn Time (12:00 pm) will receive a full refund.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 7 days and 9 days before the scheduled CheckIn Time will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled CheckIn Time, or "No-Shows," will not be eligible for any refund, and the total booking amount will be forfeited.
SECTION 3 - Prices and Modifications to Service :
- 3.1 Pricing: Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
- 3.2 Service Discontinuance: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
- 3.3 Accuracy of Information: We are not responsible if information made available on this site (including descriptions, pricing, and availability) is not accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

- 4.1 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address and credit card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

- 5.2 Limitation of Liability: In no case shall Xacro Xperiences, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
- 5.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xacro Xperiences and our partners from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law.

- 6.1 Personal Information: Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- 6.2 Data Transmission: You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the jurisdiction shall be that of Tamilnadu.
